DARO Flooring Construction, established in April 2006, is a private company formed out of years of experience and the corporate alliance of KORRO BAU GMBH and SIGMA Concept GMBH in Germany.
These consolidated companies have undertaken construction jobs, almost world-wide, in the screeding, tiling, glass mosaic and natural stone trades.

In early 2006, during the development stage of business relations, also in the Canadian market, it was determined that special, synthetic screed, delivered as Redi-Mix which has been the standard in Germany and Europe for more than 25 years and is also used almost everywhere is not available in the North American market.
One wondered why such technologies shouldn't be introduced to such an industrialized and booming country. We then got together with the two worldwide single manufacturers of the special binding agent and entered into a contract for its export rights and established DARO Flooring Constructions Inc. with its Head Office in Fredericton , New Brunswick.
After a brief period of product and system presentations of the Redi-Mix DAROToppTM it was clear that this special type of screed could have huge potential in the North American market, resulting in our expansion into Ontario.
In the meanwhile, DAROToppTM is being used in various applications and is readily recommended by Spec Writers.
DAROToppTM is available in Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
At the same time, people are working at a feverish pace in the laboratories of our partners LAFARGE NA on formulations and recipes for Alberta , British Columbia and Manitoba . As of June 2007 DAROToppTM – supplied as a Redi-Mix through LAFARGE NA, should also be available in these regions.
